Our project lifecycle typically follows a three-phase structure: Structural Analysis, Narrative Mapping, and Material Execution. We retain personal data for the duration of these phases and for a subsequent five-year period to comply with Danish accounting and tax legislation.
In cases of branding and digital product architecture, metadata may be archived longer to ensure the longevity of the systems we build. This allows us to provide ongoing structural support and updates as your visual identity evolves.
Technical Guardrails
All information is housed within local and encrypted cloud environments. We bypass standard agency jargon for helpful, explanatory guidance on how your files are guarded against unauthorized ingress.
